Leaders and Managers should be examples to their teams, showing them that having an agenda is not a "Good-To-Have" but rather a requirement for any meeting to be effective. Other than that, these meetings will waste people's time.

As leaders, we should promote productive and effective meeting culture, especially these days when many of us are doing remote work and without clear agenda will be hard to have an engaged and effective remote meeting.

Companies should consider the cost of ineffective meetings on their expenses and empower their employees with the necessary training and tools to make their meetings and time effective.
